The song is about being together and not letting go. I think I'm the type that's not letting as long as there is a reason specially if both of you are fighting for it, it's damn so great of a feeling =)
The anime title is called "I's Pure" it's only 6 episode. It's about a very shy guy that's having a hard time confessing his feelings for the girl of his dreams.
