Who doesn't know about Fushigi Yuugi? It was one of the most anticipated animes during my elementary days. It sucks when you miss an episode and you don't have a choice but to ask your friends what happened because internet was not widely available (and we're not computer literate back then XD).
Thanks to the internet, I can watch the whole series again ;). I grabbed all episodes, converted it for PSP video and I watch like 2-4 episodes a day. I'm on the 17th now :)
Fushigi Yuugi is a romantic-comedy anime. I remember my classmates (specially the girls) talk about it alot... Some even say they are "Miaka" LOL and the boys of course would take the role of "Tamahome" XD (not me though hahaha denial)
Music-wise, Fushigi Yuugi's opening and ending theme gives me the chill... The opening song is one of the most magical song I heard like it takes me to another world... The ending song triggers the feeling of wanting more from the anime ;)
What I love most about Fushigi Yuugi is the "chibi mode" they are all cute and funny when they go chibi mode even in dangerous situations :D
If you dunno this anime, I highly recommend this one ;)

your in high school when fushigi yuugi was shown here? no way. i was in high school already XD, and we are at the same age. anyway. i like that series as well, i like the 7 star warrios of different faction concept.
lol I was in elementary when it was first shown :P then it was again aired when i was in highschool :P you're alot more older than me u know XD
