Bye bye 2010, Hello 2011 =)

Are you ready to leave 2010? Regrets?

As of this writing, less than 33 hours and it's a brand new year :) How was your 2010?

First of all, I would like to thank God for blessing me more than what I wish for. My family and friends of course, for their never ending support. 2010 has been a good year for me *hugs*

I'd like to highlight some of the things that I liked this year :)

FRIENDS

Of course, most are Utada Hikaru related XD. Utada Hikaru's Wild Life Concert subtitled was one of my notable works this year LOL

MUSIC

Utada Hikaru blasted us with In the Flesh Tour (USA/London), Single Collection Volume 2 (it's out here in Philippines too) and Wild Life Tour which was shown live streaming (I watched it YES!). On the other hand, she'll be taking an indefinite hiatus. I dare challenge myself not to listen to her beginning 2011 :) (but will listen to her on special occasions hahaha) Reader, you won't beat me when it comes to Hikaru ;)

BoA had Identity album as well as the Identity Tour. She as well had the BoA The Live Xmas 2010. (YES I'm only a fan of BoA's Japanese work). BoA is currently my #2 favorite Japanese singer.

Yuna Ito Love : Single's Best for 2010. I wish Yuna could be on tour as well.

Bon Jovi Woot woot! Bon Jovi is a musician that my father liked so I inherited that. Blasting Greatest Hits and world wide tour. Still amazing!~

Linkin Park A Thousand Suns, though none of the album's songs are growing in me. LP is still active touring :)

Rage Against the Machine nice to see them again live on tour! I hope they'll visit Philippines too or record a new album :)

PSP GAMING

Dissidia Final Fantasy hell yeah Squall user here ;) I tried my best to be good with that game haha.

Crash Bandicoot Games Yeps, the PSX games and the PSP released ones. I beat them! :D

My gamer side is not that active this year :D

ANIME

Fushigi Yuugi currently my number 1 anime for this year :) It's nice to get back to the old days.

Naruto Shippuuden Still following Naruto ;) I'm updated with the manga as well ^^

Natsu no Arashi, Peace Maker Kurogane, Ninja Nonsense, Fushigi Yuugi OVA, Brave Story are some of the animes I've watched this year.

LOVELIFE
I again failed to have a girlfriend this year... Still single since birth... This is the part of my life where there's no progress, SERIOUSLY... Oh well, come on, let's skip this LOL.

CAREER
I've been with the company for 3 years. To my surprise, I was given the "Support of the Year" award which is such a great honor and currently my most prized award so far. I plan on working abroad next year so hopefully I can manage to survive.

That's all I can think of XD

I've been here 3 times LOL First time was with my BoAjjang Family, 2nd with my friend when we were looking for some foods XD and lastly, with my friend named Tin :)

I was able to get a fancam of the show :D Christmas lights synchronized with the Christmas songs ;) I think that's awesome.

Show starts at 6PM to 8PM (6PM, 6:30, 7:30 and 8PM) everyday ;)

Godchildren

Wew, the photos above are my presents to my godchildren :) At the moment I have 6 and in the next few years it'll become more LOL That would mean "less" budget for each XD

The money were all brand new which came from the changes I got from stores XD It took me one whole year to save those brandy new crispy money :D

The presents were bought at Landmark, Trinoma :D

Dawn Mass

Wew, out of 9 Dawn Mass (Simbang Gabi) I was only able to attend the last one LOL. Its kinda complicating with my work schedule so yeah :( Another thing to note is the coldness and sleepiness LOL Its really cold during December. Being able to sleep for only 2 hours, I managed to get off my bed and prepare to go to the church :)

Met my friends and we went to the church. Honestly, this is my first time going to church this year :( When I was in the church listening to the praise songs, I felt goosebumps running on me. I felt really blessed. Thanks God! :)

Support of the Year

December 19, 2010 at AIM Conference, Makati City, Philippines... I was one of the nominees for "Support of the Year Award" (Employee of the Year : Support Category) There was a projector and my picture was one in the swimming pool. The MC was funny and every nominee was being insulted in a funny way XD. Since my pic was in the swimming pool, they said I'm a victim of the super typhoon LOL

Then, the winner was shown.... to my surprise, it was ME... My heart was beating fast as I go to the stage to get the plaque and envelope. A speech was needed and me being nervous I was not able to say all I want to say LOL.

As I remember, this was my speech:

"I would like to thank QA Department for this award. My bosses (insert names here) and of course the whole department. Thank you so much for your support and for believing in me. Thank you..."

LOL pathetic me!

If I'm given the chance I'll say something like this:

"First of all, I would like to thank QA Department specially our bosses (insert names here) and the whole department for your support. Honestly, I must admit that I sometimes complain about my tasks but I always look on the brighter side. I am thankful for the challenges given to me and I think those challenges helped me become more independent which helped for my growth... Thank you so much for your support, I truly appreciate it. And before I leave, let me share this quote I got from a forwarded text message: -DOING YOUR BEST IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BEING THE BEST-. Thank you very much everyone! Let's all have a good night!"

Are you ready for 2011? :D I'm actually not a fan of calendars and I was surprised to see Daphne's gift containing a mini Utada Hikaru calendar for 2011. Sweet isn't it? ;)

Samsung GT E2120

My phone is Samsung GT E2120. I'm not a big fan of cellphones and originally planned to buy the phone that I lost: Samsung B130 which is a plain colored phone. I showed my GT E2120 to my friend who is a cellphone technician and he said that the model is hella crappy... After a few weeks, it won't start up. I took it to the Samsung Tech Center and noticed that alot of people who purchased GT E2120 got the same problem. The cellphone won't start and even if you have full battery. 2 weeks after, I claimed my fixed phone and as of now its working fine.

My favorite Samsung GT E2120 feature is the mp3 player :P I have 2GB SD card which holds my Utada Hikaru discography XD

2 years ago, I bought my PSP. It took me like a year to save money for it ;) That makes it really special to me.

The first game I played was "Final Fantasy VII : Crisis Core". Finished some few more games (i posted em on FB) and now I actually don't have anything to play ATM LOL. The loaded games on my PSP are for some quick play. My PSP is mostly used for watching Utada Hikaru performances XD, animes, concerts. I rarely watch movies on PSP.

Sugar Cane =)

Woot woot! Sugarcane :D

I remember my elementary days... I bought a lot of sugarcanes (like 2 pesos each) and then eat em with my friends ^_^

There's alot of sugarcanes in our neighborhood way back years but now, they're gone T__T After 7 or 8 years, I finally get to eat sugarcane yesterday since my mother is back from her trip to our province :D

I peel sugarcanes using my teeth LOL (imagine that please XD) It makes our teeth strong and clean as per the old folks :D What I love most about sugarcane is the sweetness XD
